what the hotel looked like (or, what type of hotel it was; or what facilities it had) and explain what the hotel was like (= explain your impressions of this hotel)
So far as I know, the china world hotel is the most luxurious hotel I have ever seen in BJ. It is an international 5 star hotel which has 21 floors and more than 700 rooms, located in the center of Beijing's business district (opposites SOHO). It is used to welcome distinguished business and government leaders as well as travelers visiting the capital of China. the hotel was constructed by concrete and steels, covered by glass outside. It looks really magnificent .(grand, splendid)
Inside of the hotel, it features modern Euro cuisine restaurants and has the largest conferences and meetings facilities in Beijing . All rooms and suites are equipped with AC, cable TV, internet access , telephone , and almost everything you need.
What impressed me most is its comprehensive sports facilities. It has got a big indoor swimming pool, a hi-tech fitness center and two simulative golf-courses which provide good recreations and entertainment for the guests.
Now, the hotel has already become a landmark building in BJ, and provides excellent services to people all over the world. I hope one day I can have lunch in it.

1、Do you think it is one of the responsibilities of government to provide sports facilities for the public ? (Why?/Why not?)
In my opinion/the way I see it/ from my point or my point is / as far as I`m concerned/ I tend to think that it is one of the responsibilities of government to provide sports facilities for the public. On the one hand, it is definitely good to improve the public health, such as some retired old people can use those facilities to work out every day . On the other hand, doing outdoor activities is necessary for every one, but nowadays, young people spend too much time on internet, so it is a good way to give up internet addiction.

I'm afraid since I rarely go to swimming pool, I don't know exactly the ticket price, but I do know one thing if you go swimming, it`s really worth the ticket price.
3、Do you think the government should do something to decrease the price of swimming pool tickets?
Well, to be honest, I am not sure what can be done to decrease the price of swimming pool tickets, but I guess if we had too many swimming pools, the price would be much cheaper.
